Tips for a Great Field Trip
Planning your field trip:
Plan ahead, Late March – Early June is a very busy time at the aquarium. For a less crowded visit request a date in October – March.
In order to provide the best experience for all students we ask for you to consider the following recommendations:
- Pre-K – K are recommended to visit in the fall and winter months
- 7th – 12th Grades are recommended to visit Mondays and Tuesdays
- 1st – 6th Grades are recommended to visit Wednesdays – Fridays
When requesting a date, please have a few options as reservations for self-guided tours and special activity programs are scheduled on a first-com, first served basis.
Register early! Dates for popular special activity programs often are booked months in advance.
