Camps

Children discover these fun Day Camps at the NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island are action-packed! Activities may include field trips, crafts, behind the scenes tours, live animal encounters and feeding programs. Space is limited and camps fill quickly!

Aquarium Shark Dive

If you’re an open-water certified diver, the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island invites you to “dive with the sharks!” Get up-close and personal with sand tiger, sandbar and nurse sharks in our 285,000-gallon Graveyard of the Atlantic exhibit!
Birthday Parties
Want your child to have the most memorable party?  Schedule your celebration at the Aquarium! Live animals are guaranteed to add excitement to your special day.
Sleeping with the Sharks
Imagine a slumber party at the Aquarium in front of the 285,000-gallon Graveyard of the Atlantic exhibit, as sharks and other fishes swim close by!
Marine Labs and Dissections
Students become detectives and investigate a variety of animals up-close and personal!
