    Happy Memorial Day weekend!  The pier is open and ready for visitors.  The weather continues to be wet and windy.  The air temperature is 64 degrees and the water temperature is also 64 degrees.  The winds are out of the east at 15+ mph.   The water is very rough and choppy with a large swell.  Fishing will be tough today.

    Welcome to Jennette's Pier.  Today is shaping up to b a great fishing day, with a steady bite all morning long.  There have been many Spanish mackerel, bluefish, grey trout, and mullet caught this morning.  The winds have changed and are blowing pretty strong out of the NE at about 20 MPH.   The water temperature is 66 degrees, and the air temperature is 64 degrees.  The water is quite rough with a choppy swell.  Come on out and see us!

    Way to go Easton!  That is a nice shad you caught.  The pier is open and ready for you today!  The sun is out and looks pretty today.  The winds are from the N at about 10 mph.  The air temperature is 60 degrees and the water temperature is 56 degrees.  High tide was at 10:25 a.m.  and low tide will be at 4:25 p.m.    There has been a steady bite today.  Trout, mullet, shad, and flounder have been caught from the pier today!

    Drum Bite

    Students fishing during a field trip to the Pier caught four RED DRUM and landed two of them yesterday afternoon. Today, the ocean temperature has dropped to 55 degrees and so far NORTHERN PUFFERS, a nice FLOUNDER was released and SEA MULLET are biting. A beautiful day at the oceanfront too! Winds southwest at 7 knots. High tides 8:58 a.m. and 9:18 a.m. Low 3:01 p.m. Come and get ya some!
